TheSignStudio.com Return Policy

• You’re going to love your signs from TheSignStudio.com. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please let us know. We will reprint your order at no cost to you, if your dissatisfaction was a TheSignStudio.com error. You must notify us of any problem within 24 hours of receipt of your signs and return the product to us if requested.
• All of our signs have a 2 year free reprint guarantee on fading and material defects. Reprints must be the exact same sign, text and graphics.
• Please Note: Orders for more than two [2] of the same item will be replaced only if the error is the fault of TheSignStudio.com. No charge reprints or corrective decals due to errors by the customer are limited to two items. Damage to products by the customer is specifically excluded.
• Unused stock products such as post kits and stands may be returned for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee.

• TheSignStudio.com is not responsible for special or consequential damages. In any event, and without limitation, we shall never be liable for an amount greater than the amount paid for a particular order.

TheSignStudio.com Pricing Policy

• Our prices are clearly displayed on our website. In specific instances, we will note that certain products are not subject to further discount. We reserve the right to cancel any order for which a customer has applied a discount code to a product clearly marked as "no additional discounts". Further, discount codes may not be applied to any item offered at a "sale price". Discount codes may only be used in connection with items offered at our everyday low prices. In the event that we commit an error in the pricing of a product, we reserve the right to limit the purchase to one item, and cancel and refund the remaining part of the order. We are human and we do occasionally make mistakes.

• We will not sell, rent, barter, or give your personal information to third parties for any amount of money or trade value. We will share the required information with our shipping partners to ensure that you are informed about the delivery of your order. In addition, we may contact you from time to time by phone, email, or regular USPS regards to your order, TheSignStudio.com information, details of special sales and other offers, and to generally and briefly "stay in touch". We do not like get spam, so we won’t send spam.

• We can ship signs sized 2"x4" and smaller. Shipping for larger signs will be determined at time of order
